5 classes á 40 minutes designed to give you an insight to meditation, breathing (pranayama) and yoga. The flows center around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit beginners. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. Classes include intro-meditation, yoga sequence and relaxation meditation as well as providing breathing techniques.
